Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) has released a new case study about Dunia Finance titled “Building the dunia Brand: The Role of Marketing Communications and Customer Experience”. The case study will be taught in business schools and is an excellent endorsement of dunia's business model.

This case study focuses on the journey of building the dunia brand and how innovative marketing communication and advertising strategy has enabled dunia to provide a unique customer experience with a difference.

The case is written by Professor Arvind Sahay from IIMA, which is ranked #15 globally by Financial Times, and is also India's #1 ranked post graduate school.
