As per the award citation, “the award recognizes dunia for its best practice in delivering outstanding customer, digital and employee experience in the Gulf Market”. This award recognizes dunia for uniquely using its cutting edge, proprietary analytics capabilities to proactively make a difference in the lives of its customers and deliver superior customer experience.

dunia won the award after undergoing a rigorous selection process that involved multiple rounds of evaluation including a written submission, presentation and an intense Q&A session with a diverse panel of judges. In the final round of evaluation, dunia competed with organizations from various sectors before emerging as a winner.
